Alex has spent 14 years building for the web, mostly for owner-run businesses. He grew Levotate to more than 150 client sites, and built multiple profitable side businesses along the way.

Then he turned the same eye on his own companies. He added up what they paid for software, replaced the subscriptions with tools built around how his teams actually work, and cut more than $20,000 a year. That's the work Levotate does now, and he's still the one doing it: on your first call, designing your system, running the build, and picking up when something needs to change.

Mark is the person at Levotate who turns “we should use AI for that” into something that actually runs. He designs the automated workflows behind our clients’ content: research pipelines, writing and editing systems, and AI image and video production that hold up to real deadlines and real brand standards.

His background is in enterprise IT. As an identity engineer at Interpublic Group, he spent his days automating systems at scale with PowerShell, Microsoft Exchange, and NetIQ Identity Manager, where a mistake isn’t a typo, it’s a locked-out office. That’s the mindset he brings to AI: build it so it works every time, not just in the demo. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is a Certified Scrum Master, so projects ship on a plan, not a vibe.

Based in Fort Collins, Mark spends his time away from the keyboard hiking, riding, and fishing, all of which are conveniently close to home.

It depends on what we're replacing. Every build is a fixed price, quoted after the free discovery and measured against what your current setup costs you. If it won't pay for itself within about 18 months, we'll tell you not to build it.

Most builds take four to eight weeks once discovery is done. You'll see working pieces every week, so nothing is a surprise on launch day.

No catch. It's how we find out whether a build makes sense for you, and how you find out whether you want to work with us. If the numbers don't add up, you'll hear that from us.

It's built around how they already work, so there's less to learn. We train everyone before launch and adjust it in the first few weeks based on what they tell us.

Usually, yes. We connect to the tools worth keeping, like QuickBooks, Stripe and Google Workspace, and replace the ones that aren't.

No. Support is optional. If you'd like us to host it, keep an eye on it and make changes as your business grows, we're happy to, for an additional fee. If not, the software is yours to run however you like, with no subscription to keep it working.

You keep everything: the software, the source code and your data. We'll hand over hosting or move it wherever you want.
